Reds win 10-3 against the Indians. They were back home and like usual they score big. They are 6-1 at home and have scored 67 runs on those games. They are batting above .500 with runners in scoring position at home

Don't use the word cash when talking about recruiting

Either it was the ball park or that the Cardinals and Pirates pitching was so bad. Those first 6 games they scored 57 runs but in the last 6 they have been shutout twice.

I guess those first 6 games was an offensive mirage because their offense the last 6 games have not been great.

I was 22 in 1992 so this makes me feel old. I was actually in the same class as Cheaney and that freshman class.

Been saying for years us fans have some blame for where IU basketball is right now. It can be a detriment trying to get top coaches and players willing to come to IU.

I know things are different today but there were a time when a lot of freshman was not expected to contribute right away. I hope these guys are given a shot to develop and grow as players and are allowed to grow at their own pace.

I think the other sectional winner changed some over the years. I know in 1987 when we won the sectional we played Rushville but don't remember what sectional they came from.

back in the day New Castle hosted the sectional and regional but they went to the Indianapolis semi state

I was wondering if the two teams who loses in the the play in games of the playoffs still be in the lottery. If not there will be 4 less teams in the lottery so winning the lottery should be easier. I would think it would be better not to be in the play in games and be in the lottery.

The teams that went to the final 4 had 1 5 star player. Kiminski their best player was a3 star player who took 3 years to really get good.

All I have to say if we have to be like KU, Arizona, UK or Duke to be successful then I pass. Give me the success of UW under Ryan any day of the week. They might not have won a championship but they competed for the conference every year and made deep runs in the tournament.

Having morals is an illusion?

I just know if we win big and even win a championship but have to vacate those things then it is not worth it. I know if I were an UM fan and having those final fours vacated in 92 and 93 was not worth having the Fab Five. Probably the majority of the people willing to look at the way in their ethics to win are probably the younger fans. I don't understand if you guys not ever seeing IU win a championship and really want to see it. To me that is no excuse wanting IU to do what ever it takes to win because IU has won the right way.
