Watching the podcast Sleeper Media yesterday and both of them made it sounded like Ballo and Carlyle was a lock.

If Ballo takes all of his visits it would be hard waiting until after his last visit. If we can get Payne right now then you probably should take him.

I thought it was said that Galloway is willing to come off the bench to win.

If the rumors are true about Carlyle committing soon then I never thought Hickman and Conwell would come here. Also the same with Payne if Ballo commits. If Carlyle and Ballo commits I think it will start getting harder to fill the rest of the openings. The top portal prospects will want to go somewhere where they can be a starter so will guys like Conwell or Payne will have interest coming off the bench. I think for the back up guard roles we have to hope guys like Cupps and Newton can come in next year and play a big role coming off the bench. I think we need to look at the backup 4 and 5 position through the portal. It will still be hard to bring in some of the better portal prospects to fill those positions. That is why it might be guys lol me the Evansville or the guy from Grace to fill them.

Those two does have eligibility left so maybe we are getting them in the portal.

When I see people saying we need shooters they are implying 3 point shooters. To me we just need shot makers from the guards this year. One thing our guards lacked last year was being able to create a shot for themselves. They weren't able to create space off the drive and pull up for a 13-15 foot shot. With Galloway it was a stand still 3 pointer or a floater in the lane.

Maybe if we get enough really good players we can actually do well with two units. Every 4 minutes you make the mass subs and wear down teams First Unit Rice Conwell Hickman MM Ballo Second unit Galloway Carlyle Tucker Reneau Payne I know we won't get all of them but that would be two really good units

At least here in the Indy area I haven't been able to watch all the Reds games. They are on the same channel as the Pacers so any time the Pacers play we don't get the Reds game.
