On the Fourth I ate a slab or ribs. Was going to save half for the next day but they were too tasty. Was going to get flank steak at Costco for tonight but they were out. Ended up with filet mignon instead. A little Weber Chicago Steak seasoning and they came out fantastic. I was trying to get my wife's attention to let her know not to send a piece home with my son but that didn't work out. We'll share the last piece with a salad for dinner tomorrow.
