stagnant offense, where have we seen that before?  When the ball and the player move, good things happen.  What happened to the defense?  Was this team ever any good at D.  Woody prides himself on D.  This team looks slow and afraid to get beat.  Ugh, can they wake up?

Good to see Sparks play well.  Nice blocks, good work around the basket.  Taking Mgbako out with an injury didn't help.  Gave up too many open 3 looks to a team that lives on the line.  I would like to know what the T was for.  Entering Jan with 3 losses, same as last year, however last year one of those as BT game.  No really "good wins, but no really bad loses.  Potential is there, time to put it all together.  For me, the good news is that is not about talent, it is mostly mental mistakes that should be fixable.

I would like to see a more intense defence.  I think N Ala. missed a lot of open threes that made the d stats look a little better than the team played.  CMW said something about being at the shooter as they received the pass, seemed like there were many open corner 3s that did not fall (they hit around 30% for the game). In fairness, there were a lot of different rotations on the floor for the IU, especially in the second half.  Nonetheless, better communication on defence is a recurring theme.

Whelp, better basketball.  I wanted to see the team continue to grow the lead, but the line up changed so much.  It was good to see they did not give up any runs in the scoring and kept the game in the 20 point range.  Sparks got 12 minutes, Galloway was out for most of the late second half.  Still 3's were falling and the inside out game looked so much better.  One more non con game then it is on again.

Well, we all know what Coach Knight would say if a player or a student called him "Bobby". And before anyone gets concerned, I loved Coach Knight.  Different era.  

Why would you let Ivey get a shot at the end?  I think I would have him fouled in the back court.  But it worked out, he misses a long open 3.

Good effort, ran out of gas maybe, played good D on the last play, and got beat on a crap shot....just one more open three goes down...what could have happened unfortunately did happen.  On the the dance....likely won't see the team in white jerseys again this year.

Better play,  they just can't make it easy though.  Up 10, give up 5, or 7 or 8 in a row.
