Nick Castellanos has opted out of his contract. Which should surprise no one. The question will be is if the Reds try and sign him to a new contract like they've been rumored to be interested in doing.

He´s AAU teammates with Cupps. He´s more than likely going to UK. Nothing really connecting him to IU since he visited with Cupps during the summer.

Not currently ranked very highly right now but that will possibly change after pro days and combine evaluations.

The Wentz loves his TE´s though and put up his best numbers with Ertz as his #1 target. I don´t mind TE by committee but they need better athleticsm which is possible after this season with Doyel being in the last year of his deal I believe.

The Colts also need to get the pass rush figured out. Whether it is scheme, how the rushers are being taught, or just a lack of talent the Colts have to start getting a pass rush with their front 4 like they did in the Manning era. Yes, I know this team doesn´t have two possible hall of famers playing DE but it seems like they just never find a way to get to the quarterback no matter how many guys Ballard has drafted or acquired. I think it might be because Flus is more worried about stopping the run which is annoying but it has to get better.

He also needs weapons and not guys like Dulin and Pascal. Pascal is fine as a 4th or 5th reciever but not a 2 or 3. The also need more athleticism at TE. Allie-Cox is fine as a red zone threat but he´s stiff and can´t beat anyone. Doyel isn´t that guy and Granson hasn´t played. The RB spot is good but the others need upgrades.

People love to hate on Wentz every chance they get. It makes no sense to me but you see it with fans and the media.

Ballard has to upgrade the offensive weapons on this team. Taylor and Pittman are the only guys that seem like can consistently make plays. The days of counting on Hilton and Campbell for their speed and big plays are over with their constant injuries.

Woodson and this staff proving they can win at IU is what will get things started. NIL is the next part. Companies like to spend money on a winner because that gets peoples attention. If IU wins then that will get some recruits on that alone then the money should start being there to get for recruits that winning, player development, and things like that aren't enough for.

It'll be interesting to see who all enters the portal throughout the year.

Guards and wings win in the tournament. Purdue’s best player is almost always a big and look how that’s worked out. Outside of their run with Edwards and maybe this year if Ivey plays the way he’s being hyped.
