Duncomb screwed up a chance to get some decent minutes.
He needs a redshirt anyway. He's never going to leave early so getting another 4 years would be great for the program.

Defense jumped from 23 to 11 on KenPom after that performance.

It's really small but Bates' ability to create space from his man before he even puts the ball on the floor is incredible. He is a game changer on the offensive end for a team that has lacked any kind of individual creativity for 5 years now.

I can’t believe Indiana paid $10 Million to get worse

How did all of you miss this reference?
This will go down as better than "always part of the Indiana family" Mike Davis material.

Garcia and Trayce together would have been a dream.

Good call, Bardo. Nailed it again.

My goodness. This defense...

I think Kopp does better when he's able to be featured. I'd like to swap him for Bates. Then he can get a few more touches when Trayce or X are off the floor.

Would expect a ton of these quick 3's from St John's tonight. They have the 2nd shortest average possession in the NCAA so far this year at <13 seconds.
-
What are we doing here? 50 seconds have come off this clock in 10 minutes and it's a 18 point game.
-
Apparently the concept of running out the clock up 15 is completely foreign.

It's going to be NIL stuff.
Anything that legally makes our guys more money is a positive at this point. Don't care who it comes from.

I'm not freaking out just being realistic. I remember when Billy Donovan was "looking for houses" in Bloomington. Maybe he was who knows. Just enjoying the ride. I have no doubt that Stevens is in play.
Rest assured that you aren't getting this week's news from Justin Albers. We're in play until Stevens issues a formal statement that he is not taking the Indiana job. He's had plenty of opportunities to do so already and hasn't done it.

Can't wait for the pre and/or post-game interviews with BS today where he's asked about IU and doesn't break the news live resulting in a mass freak-out here.

Some of you need to take a breath. Why would you assume this process to take a total of 72 hours when it's going to likely be the largest hire (both $ and impact) in CBB history? There was never anything concrete about an announcement today anyway.

Goodman is on the 'Never IU' train and should be ignored like your neighbor's barking dog.

Just thinking...this may have been the most fun IU fans have had all season. Let's be sure to do it again in 25 years.
This season? This is the most IUBB fun I've had in like 6 years.

A lot of times, yes. Believe Harbaugh was very similar for Michigan. Those with the least to lose will break first. It also means they'll be wrong the most.

Can't imagine an easier Final Four route for Gonzaga. That's a weak bracket.
Edit: Kansas a 3 seed that was 9-8 in non Quad 3-4 games. 😂

Staff will need the story behind this one. The press release from the Miami program didn't read like Cross was entering the portal by choice.

This would absolutely be the game where the first 19 minutes of the second half are a running clock but the final 50 seconds takes 10 minutes.
-
Underwood drawing up the game-preserving play in a timeout up 15 with 58 seconds to go. 🙄

Maybe I've just been spoiled by our defense so far but this is the most porous effort defensively I've seen all year. Do not miss this at all.

Not sure of the answer but the offense needs to be better. Offense still ranked 64th. Turnovers play a role but the tempo has still been very slow.
