Two techs on IU for talking, fair or not, and the other team can dunk and stare down an IU player. XJ is so big for IU. He's got to do more to stay under control and on the floor. Great game by TJD, and X made great plays as well. Not sure that some of the second group can play at the level we need. TG and Malik for sure. Not impressed by Bates. JG is hot and cold. MR did not want to shoot those 2 free throws at the end. He played a great game other than that. XJ great game, needs to shut his lips and let his play talk. He was clearly playing well (and certainly better offensively than Thompson), and I never worried when the ball was in his hands. Under the X board on next to last possession, and he actually tipped the inbound pass at the end allowing XJ to grab it and secure the win. But TJD was a man among boys, even though it didn't look like he played with a lot of intensity. He gets the job done. Thought our passing was lazy overall. Telegraphed and non-chalant.
