Our issue is there are some players that are part of our rotation that don’t have it between the ears in understanding the game….namely Geronimo and to a lesser extent , Bates are the two that immediately come to mind. For instance, Geronimo is -34 in +\- in his last 29 minutes of game time. That stat is incredible. He kills us on the court not because he’s isn’t athletic but because he doesn’t understand the game and is completely lost. It’s almost like playing 5 on 4. At this point he needs to be out of the rotation. Have CJ Gunn play and have 4 true perimeter players with TJD on the inside.
