I agree about it being ridiculous, but that is the nature of the Robin Hood Civil Courts. Bowen Jr. can claim innocence because he did not know his Dad was working a deal, but Adidas will not be afforded the same innocence for not knowing an unscrupulous employee was working a deal. Snap quiz, who would be in a better position to know of the dirty deal? The Son of his Dad or the Billion dollar corporation with thousands of employees knowing one employee was dirty?
