Kickoff at 7pm Eastern on Friday, September 6th. TV = BTN

The undefeated Hoosiers take on a Western Illinois team that had a very rough season opener, losing 54-15 to Northern Illinois.

Look, obviously a game we should expect to win handily. Let's clean up some of the stuff from the FIU game (penalties, OL protections, dropped passes) and get through the game healthy and happy with a trip to Pasadena looming on the horizon.

If N IL scored 54, we should hit 60. Will be interesting to see if CCC runs up the score and how deep he goes into the bench

Good point.  I hope we give the second unit some run. Can’t substitute for game experience.

One young guy I’d like to see is Austin Barrett at OT.  Wedig played both guard and tackle at Wisconsin with eight starts in four years.   Barrett has always made a good impression in practice.  I’m curious to see how he moves in pass pro.

Won't know how this game goes, for some reason CFB is still playing games on Fridays (even though they have 11AM-830PM they could start this game on Saturday).

Don't forget that there is an NFL game this Friday as well.

No P5 team should ever play a weekday game.

I would cut Washington State and Oregon State some slack in this regard.  :coffee:
