Popular Post IUFLA
When: Sunday November 10th 12 PM EST Where: Simon-Skjotd Assembly Hall, Bloomington, Indiana TV: BTN+ Our old friend Marty Simmons (1-1 29-67 overall) brings his Eastern Illinois Panthers in for a meeting with our Hoosiers. Eastern Illinois was 14-18 last year, and 8-10 finishing 7th in the Ohio Valley Conference. The Panthers got waxed 112-61 by the Illini last Monday. Eastern Illinois is not very big, with their tallest starter Bolis, at 6'7. Former Sellersburg, Indiana star Kooper Jacobi had an off game versus the Illini, and though the Panthers had 5 players in double figures they got killed on the boards. We're actually swapping opponents with Illinois, as the Illini play SIU Edwardsville tonight at 8 PM on Peacock. 4

IUFLA
Watched Eastern Illinois vs the Illini, although Eastern hung pretty close until midway through the 1st half... Illinois size was just too much for the Panthers... I hope we never get that officiating crew...They called 50 fouls...1.25 fouls a minute...Illinois went to the FT line 46 times For a small team, Eastern didn't shoot a lot of 3s...took only 12 and made 4... Kdug
This is the only other game against a team ranked outside the top 300. So one more chance to fine tune things before the competition level increases. There’s a good amount to work on from the first game, but the main thing I’ll be watching for is rebounding. Illinois absolutely dominated EIU on the boards, finishing with a +30 rebounding margin. I wouldn’t necessarily expect that big of a margin, but with our size we should be able thoroughly control the glass.

When things get cold and depressing during the winter months it's great to I know I can always rely on a @IUFLA pre game writeup. Many thanks good sir! 1
Parakeet Jones
I’m hoping they don’t come out flat with a 12:00 Sunday tip. Jump on these guys early and don’t let them even think they have a chance. Go all Cig on them and keep piling on the points.

The duo helped Silver Creek win two state championships that would have been 3 if nor for Covid. I'll be rooting for him to do well on Sunday. Honestly, he might be the nicest kid I've ever met.

dgambill
I hate how we usually play down to our competition in these games…I’m hoping to see a killer mentality today. Also because I took us laying points and the over 😂!!
