We have plenty of shooters (I’d guess we’ll once again be the best 3-Point shooting team in the league), solid bigs, and guys that can break down a defense (Carsen and Eastern) to set up easy buckets. We beat WVU in a scrimmage by double digits so even though it didn’t count in the record books, we still beat a higher ranked team quite easily. We beat Indiana State in a scrimmage too by like 25. Valparaiso beat them 77 to 42 on November 4 , 2017 ! Iowa then beat them 95 to 62 on November 10 ,2017 !! Then pee yew beat them 111 to 42 !! Big deal ! Tennessee will play pee yew on Nov 22 ,2017 and TENNESSEE is 2 & 0 after WINNING AT CLEMSON 71 to 67 and crushing a Presbyterian squad ( which is better than Chicago State) by a score of 88 to 53 !! They had the same one last year where Purdue lost to WVU. It’s been posted on twitter if you want to look there. Have you watched any of Purdue’s games? That is FIVE of their TOP NINE SCORERS from last season and pee yew only lost ONE Key player !! Yet , Texas A & M beat that same West Virginia team by 25 points over this past weekend .. Mile - You SAY that you saw pee yew play over the weekend !! But ,WHO did you see them play ?? Mile , be sure to watch all of the Battle 4 Atlantis Tournament GAMES when pee yew will have to beat THREE good TEAMS in a row to win the Battle 4 Atlantis!! I think you might think a little less of pee yew at the end of that tournament !! ( I'm certainly hoping that they lose the first game in that tournament to Tennessee and have to go into the loser's bracket where they belong !! No way to know for sure what will happen but this team really has solid weapons. Those Hammons/Haas teams didn’t have a dynamic guard like Carsen Edwards who I think will be a stud this year.
