For all of you NL guys, has anyone noticed what team in the NL Central and is in 1st place with an undefeated record at 5-0 so far??

Caitlin Clark is an awesome player no doubt. But did anyone notice her box score? Yes she scored 41 points but she had to take 29 shots to do it!!

Don't know where you live but our gas prices jumped up 25 cents per gallon overnight!!

Ditto for us, with possible snow showers!!

It was wild down here in the Evansville/Southwest Indiana area earlier this morning. Storm sirens started going off at around 5:30 a.m. Counties to the west of the city, Posey county, got hit. Semis and a box truck blown over on I-69, trees down. The most amazing one was in western Kentucky where a moblie home was blown over and a family of 5 was trapped and had 2 of 3 children were pinned. Fortunately they were all recovered without any injuries. A wind clocked at 100 mph was headed towards Santa Clause where I have a niece that lives there. We are still under a severe weather threat until 7:00 a.m. Wednesday morning as we could be in for round 2 sometime this afternoon.

Do you believe in magic?? The Yanks swept the Arse-Stros by winning 4-3 and Juan Soto getting the game winning hit! He is the real deal, back up the Brinks truck during the off-season Cashman......

FWIW, After beating the Houston Arse-stros last night, the Yankees are now 3-0 for the first time in 21 years!!! Can they sweep with a win today??

Yes they did host it at the Ford Center. And I do live on the east side. Traffic has been brutal with Easter shoppers....

Living down here in Evansville, we were the host for the Division II Championship, although not sure why as we no longer have a Div. II team since USI moved up to D1. But anyways, the Championship game was on CBS and Montana State won on a 3 pointer at the last second 88-85. Montana State must have an awesome BBall program as I see where their Ladies team also won a national championship as well! WOW!!

We will be in the thick of the eclipse down here in Evansville. We will be camping this Friday and going to my daughters house for an eclipse party! I was actually thinking of renting out RV for this, but I can't bring myself to do it....

Guess who will be in Indiana playing at Gainbridge Fieldhouse tomorrow at 2 p.m.? None other than an ex-IU player, Kristian Lander! Remember him? Kid from Evansville, Archie Miller convinced him to reclassify to save his job and didn't work out well for either of them. However, after leaving IU. Lander ended up at Western Kentucky and will be playing in the Big Dance while IU? Well we know where they'll be... Go Kristian!!

You should be, we IU fans can only fantasize.... 😒

Sadly, no teams from the southwest part of the state will be moving on as all 3, Ev. Bosse, Forest Park and Ev. Christian all lost. Ev. Christian school will really miss their super-stud Josiah Dunham next year. He scored 33 of their 44 points yesterday....

High School semi-states tomorrow....

Son of a Beech, what was looking as a promising season for the Yankees just took a big hit as the Yanks Ace pitcher and reining Cy Young winner, will be out 1 to 2 months to start the season. This is something I wouldn't wish for any team, even the Yankee rivals. Am I still optimistic? Depends on what Rodon, Cortes and Stroman do. I am hoping for bounce-back seasons from them and they stay healthy!! We do have Soto and Verdugo and I hope Stanton can regain some consistency offensively.

What you heard is true. But with the Yankee Bucks $$, who knows?? Be could for other teams though as they would get to split that money....

I wish there was a different way to address "QB"!! Everytime this old man sees that I'm thinking what does a football quarterback have to do with basketball?? 🤪
