What’s everybody’s order of need for our remaining guys. Me I see it as 1a - Lander 1b - Geronimo 2 - Franklin 3 - Race That being said I want all of them back

Honestly he’s a kid I could see going after next year. Kid has skills.

It’s better for who?

I’m fine with players having to sit a year. As long as coaches have to as well. They are supposed to be the role models. Beard with his 5 jobs in 9 years is a terrible role model for honoring his commitments

So you want consequences to them deciding they made a mistake?

21 year olds are adults. You can’t say somebody is mature enough to make a decision that impact their entire life at 17 or 18 like picking a college. But then claim that same person isn’t mature enough to go “oh crap I made a mistake and need to change course”

I have no problem with the portal. Nobody looks down on somebody who changes a job because it’s a bad fit. Nobody looks down at a student who transfers because the program wasn’t right for them.

So by my count we have 6 players either not in the portal or committed. With Brunk a hopeful 7th. With 5 more in the portal or awaiting Decision. TJD, Race, Armaan, Lander, Geronimo That means Woodson has 2 spots to fill. More if we lose people. But ideally I think we want to keep all those guys.

That’s what I meant. He’s a scholarship athlete. But we get to have 13 others. Right now Woodson needs a stable for his first year. Some people aren’t going to adapt and he needs to be able to have enough to run 8 guys that fit out there

I never had a problem with only playing 7-8 players like Archie did. It was thinking he could do that with only having 11.

God I hope so. I want to keep Race but if everybody else returns I could see him odd man out unless he can start shooting the 3 better

I’m a lot less worried about our Big man depth if we can keep him and TJD. Honestly I’ve always like our guys and mostly just think their system was junk. We need to improve guard play but an impact transfer or two and getting out guys out of the portal could be huge.

Really want all our guys back. Only player I thought had run their course. Think it was best for both parties. That being said. We absolutely need to have 13 scholarship players next year. 14 if Brunk returns

Ugh PSU managed to tie it. We have to win or tie to win the conference

Maryland is up 2-1. 27 minutes away from winning the conference.

The men’s team just isn’t very good unfortunately.

We are officially a football school.

Took a deeper dive. Maryland has actually been on a tear. 4 straight wins after starting 0-3. So even with the new rules in place. If Maryland beats PSU on Wednesday we win the conference. No matter what happens on next Sunday. If Penn State wins, we have to win. So go Maryland, would love to be able to let some guys get almost two weeks of rest going into the btt

I know right! I’m sure it was put in place knowing some games might get cancelled but seems to be rewarding a team for missing their toughest opponents. If they beat Maryland and we tie. I guess we will be demanding to play PSU

Hard to believe we overlook them. Senior night and a win gets us the conference for certain. Just read there was a rule change that conference is decided by average points per game played. Which is a total crock. Penn State missed their two toughest games. So if we go 7-1-1 and they go 7-1 they will win the conference. That’s some straight up BS

Looking like Nebraska is going to be our closest competition for the year. Michigan seems to be inconsistent

We beat Michigan today to go 7-1. We won in Double OT on a golden goal. 1-0. Penn state won as well they are 6-1. Both teams play Maryland to finish the season. We play at home PSU on the road. If Penn State loses my guess we don’t make either of their games up. If they win I could see the conference trying to make us make ours against them up
