I've never been a big "pro sports are fixed" kind of guy, but I think the NBA badly wants New York and Boston in the next round so at least one of them will be in the finals. The other six teams are small markets that just don't move the needle.

Really don't see the Pacers winning this series. Absolutely embarrassing to score 73 in the first half and be losing by the start of the fourth.

Pacers are going to lose this if they keep giving up offensive rebounds.

Tigers lose 2-1 for the third time in less than a week. Seriously sick of watching this team try to hit.

If it makes you feel any better, the Tigers dropped a pair of 2-1 games this week in which they were up 1-0 going into the 9th. Held the Yankees to 2 hits through 8 innings in their little league stadium last night only for one guy to screw it up. Baseball is dumb sometimes.

Still early, but the AL Central is the only division with 4 teams above .500. This division has been regularly crapped on by media and fans for years now. Maybe it's starting to come around.

Glad this series is about to end. Tired of some of these Bucks players, and probably more tired of Spero Dedes acting like every Bucks basket is the start of some huge rally.

You could see this coming when the lead just sat around 9-11 for several minutes late in the third. The Pacers were daring the Bucks to make a run and they did.

Pacers were raining 3's in the first half and now they look scared to shoot.

I think people tend to forget Wisconsin has a national title (1941). That's probably why they snuck in at 25.

4. Didn't want to potentially play a road game against ISU or Butler

The committee really hated us for some reason. Paired us with a top 25 team for our first game, the outright Big 12 champion for our second game, then South Carolina if we make it there. Just brutal.

Painter was pretty adamant that he won't be back when he was asked about it. I doubt he would have oversigned this class if he felt Edey coming back was even a remote possibility.

Wisconsin shot 26% in the first half with 13 turnovers. Did we ever have a 20-minute stretch that bad?

It amazes me how many of our fans have been conditioned to think this way. I never hear this from any other fanbase.

Quite a day yesterday. Hadn't heard thunder since September, and my area was in a severe thunderstorm watch, a tornado watch, two severe thunderstorm warnings and two tornado warnings over the course of the day.

There were counties in southwest Michigan that were under a tornado warning just 4 hours before a winter weather advisory went into effect. As usual, nothing in my neck of the woods. We don't really get weather anymore; it's just hot or cold.
