So can I just say regarding Geronimo that while I’m a huge fan of his, he’s an incredibly replaceable player based on what we’ve seen thus far. I hope he stays and continues to develop, but I can just as easily see Banks stepping in to his role and us not missing him.

If the question is Race or Geronimo, I don’t see see how it’s been this much back and forth. It’s Race all day, every day.

Although I agree with some you said. Replaceable is not correct. He’s literally the only NBA talent we have (assuming TJD leaves). NBA talent isn’t replaceable

We can only hope he’s another GG. Greg Graham is one of the most underrated players in IU history.

Little late to the party but I remember watching Graham play at Warren. I was a ball boy for some of his games as an elementary kid.

I said "basically" which in context I meant arguably. TJD's play got better has X got better, so to me, X was the reason the team and TJD got better. Against St. Mary's X got a little more out of control, was over passing (to TJD), and missed layups (and passes) he had been making. I think he was spent.

    agreed

Alright, time to regroup...yesterday was rough on this guy.  Three bets in, three bets lost...$75 that I could have thrown towards blow and hookers...arrggg.

Today, however, is a new.  Tip off soon.  Taking: Auburn -14.5, Bama -4 (IU's travel game last night sold me on this one), and Bama/ND under 152.5 (again, that travel shit).

Win those, then I might dabble into the afternoon.  Shit, who I kid, let me take a look at that slate right now too.

Good luck, ladies and gents.  It's March.

I'm cursed my friends, what ever I take, go opposite.

XJ led the Big Ten in assists surrounded by players who couldn't consistently shoot past 5 feet. Also top 10 in defensive win shares in the Big Ten.

Good point and perspective...this I did not know.  I say we keep him around for another year, since that eligibility thing isn't an issue.

Is he out of control sometimes, of course - aren't we all.  But dude has the biggest pair and leadership capabilities than anyone else on the team.  No reason to fight it, work with it...

    Nope.

The worst loss was when we were a #1 seed and lost to Syracuse because Crean could not figure out their zone

    Absolutely.

The Austin Etherington game. He was going nuts for Butler while Creen needed a deadeye shooter for the zone.
