Uhh… Lander has 2 points on 1-4 shooting and 2 fouls. How about WKU up on Marquette in spite of Lander
Imagine if Lander gets hot...

people keep saying how TJD improved. sure he did. he became better at what he was already doing. didn't develop an outside shot or anything new. people say JHS. dude was already a stud. Woodson wasn't playing him at PG, but when he was forced to, JHS showed out. people say Reneau. was he really any different or just got the chance to start and get a lot of touches?
Oh man. Prepare yourself 🤣

I think FAU is still in, but they really went downhill since that Arizona win. It looked like they might be able to compete for a protected seed, now it looks like they could be in the play in game or at least a double digit seed. They really were unimpressive in conference.
If Dusty has an opportunity to make 3-4 million somewhere he better jump on it .

I’m pretty sure they made block/charge reviewable this year. That isn’t to say they completely ignored that aspect.
👍 wasn’t aware of that if they did.

The whole officiating team needs fired they reviewed and left the call? I know the rule changed in the player needs to be set before the plant foot but someone count the steps Edy took before contact!
They reviewed the 3 pt shot Gillis hit to see if he got it off before the foul. Not sure they could even look and change the foul call.

Purdue and the big goon is taken to OT.
Something seems off for this game, both teams. Like just going through the motions and either team cares if they win.

I'm thinking a Houston, Auburn, Purdue, and Florida Atlantic Final 4 would be the perfect way for this season to play out. This board would explode.
FAU over PU in the Natty….

Leal supporting Woodson may very well be a business ploy… keeps his $$$$$ rolling in currently as a player. Would a Pearl keep somebody like him? May probably would but a coach like Pearl very well may not. The kid isn’t a dumb. He wouldn’t get the NIL money at any other university.

Honestly, how did Leal ever win Mr. Basketball? Admire his attitude and contributions as a teammate, but what the hell?
Hope you aren’t writing his check to run it back….

We need to find another Kel'el Ware in the portal. The Bible says love covers a multitude of sins. Well, Ware covers a multitude of our problems. Guards get burned? Ware can alter shots. Offense bogs down and we struggle to score? Give it to Ware and let him take his man.
Very solid point. Replace Ware with an average or slightly above 6'8" guy and IU has even more losses this year. I'm guessing below .500. He has been a huge difference maker.

I doubt he'd be on record saying that if he was about to take the OSU or UL jobs. idk
I meant like in the past year or so. I wasn't sure if this report was coming from the same people that had Woodson out in the next few weeks and players with their luggage packed sitting by the back door waiting on the season to end. 🤣

Right right. All that makes sense. But it's apparently NOT Indiana or bust like it allegedly was just 11 months ago for Dusty. Which is completely fine.
Is Dusty on record saying this or is this hearsay from one source to another? Honestly don't know.

That is exactly why I created an account and am on this site now. I had been on BTB for a while and found out if you even question some of the "insiders" over there you are in for ridicule.
Never have seen anywhere similar to that. Looks like this place may be a bit more friendly.
Just bring the "facts'. That's all

The only rationale I can think of is it's possible the coaches who voted him 3rd team are the ones whose teams Ware had foul trouble against, thus limiting his effectiveness and production. 2nd team voters probably got their butts kicked by him. When he's on, short of Edey, he's one of the most dominant big men in the conference.
Ware deserved a little better definitely. Joining this league made his career very promising… gona get paid

I'm pretty positive Wares decision to play in the Big 10 will pay off and make him some big $$$$$$.
