Wasn’t there, but Silver Creek beat Floyd Central 80-61. SC is young, and should be really good for the next 2-3 years.

Gosh, I’m 49 and probably my first memories are watching IU basketball, especially the 81 championship. Went to IU 93-97.   Was a huge Knight fan. Unfortunately, we haven’t made a good hire since then, with the possible exception of Woodson. But damn, we haven’t seen good basketball since Cheaney, Grahams, Henderson, Bailey, etc.  It’s just sad.

Actually, I don’t really care about Purdue. They are still little brother. I'm from southern Indiana. Call me a UK fan and you might hurt my feelings!  Once again, my original post just stated the obvious.

I just posted this in the other similar thread, but if I’m Woodson, I’m doing everything I can to get the best darn athletes I can.  Who cares what the rest of the BIG is recruiting, or the style of play they want. It’s not working!  Be different and sell something different to these dawgs!  If anyone can be a different brand in the BIG, then I hope and think it could be IU!
