No nonsense. High football IQ. Moxie. Bring in the AREs and Fryes to be his successor. But he’ll out recruit and out coach any of our past leadership.

I believe his current contract runs through 2026? $20m over 3 years. ~$6.7m/per year. That's easier for the administration to swallow.

Is that $20m up front? Or amortized over the course of x # of years? The latter makes the financial pill much easier to swallow.
