I won't deny it -- my top two IU basketball crushes back in the day -- Brian Evans and Dane Fife. I actually met Dane one time and the first words out of my mouth were actually "Holy $hit.... you're Dane Fife. I love you!" (I may have been drunk) He was really nice though.... then I walked away before I inevitably said something stupid and ruined my cool "I met Dane Fife" moment.

This x1000000 I absolutely believe everything the insiders are saying. And I know we're not talking teenagers here but it goes back to Mile's Jared Jeffries analogy. Anything could always change last minute. Heck as a Colts fan sometimes after it's announced it still changes (at least that time it was for the better).

I saw somewhere too that he liked to watch the kids he was recruiting during TOs to see what they were doing and who was paying attention to the coach. I thought that was interesting.

There were a couple of comments, but overall I thought everyone was nice and welcoming of a lot of new people at a very crazy time. The same way I’d expect HSN to be if the situation were reversed.

High level I would say lots of people with sources saying things are on track for us to land Stevens, but anything could still change. Lots of hope mixed with a healthy dose of PTSD from the Billy Donovan situation from 4 years ago. I'm all in. Let's bring home Brad!
