  1. Basically, my thoughts as well when I see a kid pick UK. Yuuuck. I thought Boogie was ours.
  2. Meh... just had to put on a show at the end. Sour grapes. Is what it is.
  3. Good. Go to UK with an announcement like that. 👋
  4. Jesus 🙈🙈🙈🙈
  5. Your teachers had archaic ways to discipline, and so did mine. NEVER TAKE THEIR RECESS, in the sense that they HAVE TO HAVE activity, they also HAVE TO HAVE consequences. But.. line walking-- if you have recess near a parking lot, the student in trouble would walk on the lines of the parking lot for ten mins or whatever. The painted lines. Some elementary schools have a painted line kids walk on/around during recess that was literally painted there for the purpose of kids at recess to use. Another way of doing this... some schools have walking paths around their schools of some sort, I have been at a school that used their walking path as a punishment, as well. Push-ups, sit-ups, and air squats are what I use at the high school now.
  6. He owes 10 mins of line walking at recess.
  7. zero zero chance I think we should trade a 2nd or 3rd for Jeudy. Now... maybe give our 3rd rd pick and get their 4th rd pick back, I would probably be ok with that? Idk. Absolutely not just handing them anything higher than a 6th. lol... now watch Ballard give them a 4th and JJ come to Indy and just tear it up. 🤣
  8. Just a lot of smoke about it on Twitter. I just think we are better off addressing that in the draft, but again, if it's a pick swap, heck.. might as well try it. Maybe Jeudy in a new situation with Pittman+Downs is a difference maker.
  9. not true.... or even close to it. mmmm... this seems WAY off. Bad season? ehh...doesn't appear that way at all. Especially before AR5 was hurt. Doesn't look like we'll be anywhere close to the 3rd/4th pick. Could be wrong though.
  10. Yes, but Crean was money at teaching guys how to play without the ball.. Sheehey, VO, Troy Williams, Hartman.. among others, all very good without the ball, I don't think that was coincidence. He was also a master at skill development. Romeo would have thrived. Of course, Woodson and staff would have been great for him, no doubt. But like, Archie was the OPPOSITE of what he needed in college.
  11. I just don't want Jeudy unless it's a pick-swap.
  12. That's the weird thing... he wasn't until he broke his wrist in HS at the end of his SR and then hurt it again at IU. When Romeo was a SO/JR in HS he was a knockdown 3pt shooter. He shot 38% from 3 as a SO. They never tried to fix his wrist in HS because they thought/hoped he was going to have a chance to break Damon Bailey's all-time scoring record... even rushed him back from that injury so he'd have a chance. I blame Jim Shannon+his dad for the way he was coached in HS+AAU.... it was literally ISO ball for Romeo every possession and he NEVER figured out how to play without the ball, whatsoever... and lord knows he got zero coaching on that when Archie was here. Quite honestly, Romeo needed Crean.
  13. There's TJD already making an impact in the NBA...... with still no jump shot.
  14. F'ing Barrel Rick coming to HSN. Fantastic.
  15. Because I think Hockenson gives me a much better chance at a "high-scoring game" ... I don't think Engram will ever have over 10-12 points, and until this point, his high is 6? or 7? I will probably just stick with Engram, though. I don't like non-ppr leagues either. If we had 1.5pts for TE reception, Engram's value would go way up. Having one less starter makes people really not want to trade. Montgomery/Laporta aren't guys that the owner of that team would trade away. You said my league is TD-dependent, yes, and Engram hardly even gets RZ targets.
  16. Writers are cringe, but here's one of UKs. He states above this post "The only player I don't see Kentucky standing a chance to get on this list is Boogie Fland." And then he proceeds to make the tweet here that I posted.
  17. How tf do the ppl in your league allow you to have a team so loaded you might not play those two!?!?!?! 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈 In my league we have one less starter (no RB2 spot)... so being weak anywhere is harder to compensate for...
  18. The team I'm trading with is starting McClaughin (Denver's backup) and Dalvin Cook at RB this week, or I would agree with you. They have A Jones on the bench... so they are very RB-thin. The team has excellent WRs-- Kupp, M Brown, Adams, and Addison. The bold is my conundrum every year.
