Indeed…he built those…and he is responsible for his substitution patterns. I almost wonder if he cried to his boosters if he only had better players “his” system would work…so they bought him the best team money can buy. I really hope he realizes this is his prove it moment…if he can’t take this team and win a conference title and make a deep run in March…there will be no protecting him. I’m not supper confident but if we round out this team with the couple players we seem to be rumored to get…I don’t think that will be a problem.
If we finish in the top three in the BIG and make it to the second weekend in the tournament then he will more than likely get an extension.

Just my opinion, but he will be a better college basketball player than Cupps.
Braylon is more than just a shooter. He straight up dunked on somebody in one of his recent games and went between the legs in warmups. He needs to add more weight before I would feel confident saying he makes true impact as a freshman.
I think he will be a very good player. Should be IU’s top in-state target other than Haralson, IMO.
He should be 1 A with Haralson being 1 B with Trent Sisley being 1 C

If we land Hemingway, Tucker is going to have to really ball to get minutes. Galloway, Hemingway, and Goode are all proven P6 veterans. They are going to be very difficult to supplant for minutes.
Hemingway will not sniff Tucker minutes.

Why redshirt our only backup point guard? Maybe we can redshirt Leal or Tucker because imo they are the last two off the bench.
Tucker has pro potential and he will be fighting for starter minutes.

We have 4 players who can play the 1: Carlyle, Cupps, Gallo and Rice. Granted that you ideally don't want Gallo to play PG for long stretches, but he can help out in a pinch.
I think that if we get Goode, the next main priority would be a 4/5 guy who can get rebounds and protect the rim. I don't think we'd need him to score much.
Carlyle was asked to do too much last year with all the facilitating of the offense he was expected to do. Him playing with Rice makes him so intriguing!

There are tons of mins to be had. We didnt go to the final four. not trying to sound snippy like it reads. 😃
If Carlyle commits this weekend then we will have Trey and a Mc Donald’s All American coming off the bench. I think playing time is starting to get tight.

totally agree. i just don't think he is a good coach. my holier than thou argument goes to Beard. still say he is a winner, young enough to be around a long time, and a solid fit.
He is a winner until he chokes out another girl friend.

If it were confirmed Reneau, Mgbako, and Galloway are all leaving (along with Ware) should Woodson be retained, would any of the Woodson defenders still give him another year?
Where is this coming from? Legit source?

What is the odds of Indiana firing an Indiana in year three with a 12 million dollar buyout?

No one brought that up, though. But this kid might be a phenom, Romeo like.
Some people here in New Albany think he may be better.

Here are some highlights of the next Damon Baily. 😂 JJ

I think it is up in the air where he plays for next year.

Hope we are recruiting this kid already, because he is going to be a legit stud!

What time is he announcing today?’ 😆

I want Trey coming off the bench to support Cupps as the back up PG. Hopefully Gunn or Newton is ready to step up at the 2! I am really high on Newton if he is fully healthy.

Rabjon had an article stating it was 5pm EST.

The big if is that he has recovered fully, since his strength was his explosiveness. If he lost a step due to the injury then I do not see him making the rotation.
