It's not ridiculous. Dolson is just looking for a reason to make a move. He wants to move on and that hasn't changed. That said it's very unlikely anything happens but if things get out of hand then all bets are off.

For anyone that wants a change to be made this year needs a few things to happen. Ware, Reneau, and Mgbako all need to leave, IU needs to struggle with gaining traction in the portal, and Auburn needs to lose before the in the first half of the tournament. Even then it's a slim chance but that could give Dolson some more ammunition.

I’m not sure about that. I do know there’s mutual interest between IU and Small but I’m not sure if he’s one the guys they’re talking about.

The IU staff feels like they have 1 or 2 big time transfers locked up. That said we’ll see if that actually plays out.

They would have though he was efficient last year on a low volume of 3’s that were typically wide open but it was an outlier compared to the rest of his career and he was usually the 4th or 5th player the dense was focused on when he was on the floor.

Purdue also has some interest so if Painter is interested so am I. Woodson will probably pass though

Portal opens tomorrow and there will be tons of names enter over the next few weeks. That said IU has had some early talks with Jacob Meyer. I’m also watching what happens with Small and Foster. We’ll see what happens. As of now Trilly did say that IU hasn’t gained to much traction yet with transfers but it’s still VERY early.

Nope, he’s going to go through the NBA draft process and then make a decision. Woodson will probably wait around without a backup plan and then MM will decide to stay in the draft.

Part of his issues were the system. Some of it was that he just wasn’t ready for B1G basketball. He wasn’t viewed by anyone as a guy that should be playing as a freshman.

Unfortunately QB and certain boosters like Woodson so they don’t care.
