I don’t know anything more than I read on the Reddit threads and local/Indiana news. My gut feeling is the police have a good idea about who it is, but they don’t have concrete evidence to make an arrest yet. As for the Snapchat stuff, I have no idea if that could be the guy. Possibly, because he’s a sick perv. I just hope the guy is caught, and soon.
