  1. I haven't, just read this article. Do you have any links?
  2. If it happened, it's a big deal. Anyone who has watched Hard Knocks can see how important turning your playbook is. It's the same in Power 5 football as the NFL. Cell phones make it harder to protect the information and with the transfer rules being different now, we live in a different age of players being allowed to transfer to schools you previously should have wanted to kick the sh*t out of. I will never understand or relate to a player who has put on an Indiana uniform and wants to play for that university in WL. I'm baffled.
  3. https://iuhoosiers.com/news/2021/8/14/newest-grad-transfer-has-early-football-impact.aspx Just when you thought Indiana had set its roster for this most intriguing of football seasons, the Hoosiers deliver a late twist: Another Power Five transfer has arrived. In this case, it's strong safety Jonathan Haynes, who spent the last two years at Ole Miss. He officially joined the Hoosiers on Thursday after totaling 86 tackles and two interceptions for the Rebels.........
  4. Eason was solid today! My opinion is changed. He brought the juice!
  5. Feeling confident in KDB league. Open for business if trades are out there....💪
  6. To put this into perspective, when 1s go against 1s, our D is a top 2 overall D in the league. I didn't get to see Ehlinger go against the true ones. He did play against the secondary 1s and did well. But that was 7 on 7.
  7. Just from my eye view. I'm over-critical. Your wording on it is better, I shouldn't have said he was a disappointment. There was 1 specific redzone drill I watched from the end zone view and he struggled. Ehlinger came in and scored 3 straight.
  8. https://sports.yahoo.com/sam-ehlinger-turning-heads-in-colts-camp-with-help-from-his-freak-rookie-receiver-025029835.html
  9. Ehlinger surprised me in-person. The media is jumping on him bc he went from 3rd string to splitting 1st team reps 50/50 with Eason on Thursday. Eason has been a disappointment this camp, but can still develop.
  10. Justin Britt, from Warren Central, is his backup. Hope the kid recovers. https://hawkeyesports.com/sports/football/roster/season/2021-22/player/justin-britt/
  11. I'm following you now, I didn't notice the difference in them. You are right, that's big if he got a 2021 pack while not on the team. Impressive. What years were you at Franklin?
  12. We had multiple cleats, game and non-game when I was there....didn't matter we got to keep them. Where did you play college?
  13. Wow. Kid doesn't want to earn it. Thought he'd develop into a stud rb for us.
  14. You get to keep your gear after the season. Dinardo, Hep, Lynch...just part of the player packs...
  15. This is awesome. HOF weekend is one of my favorite weekends of the year. Just the mutual respect and ability to hear from the most elite of the elite, specifically in the golden years of football, makes it so special to see. Love him or hate him, it's awesome to see Ryan Leaf bounce back from his struggles.
  16. For the 80s Bears fans....Jimbo got inducted lastnight and had an epic story about Walter Payton: Can't wait for Peyton's induction tonight!
  17. Here's a write-up on Charlie Spegal. Interesting comment by Coach DM. Really pulling for this kid to get an opportunity down the road! https://saturdaytradition.com/indiana-football/indiana-coach-has-high-praise-for-walk-on-rb-nobody-wants-to-tackle-that-dude/
  18. Follow Tom Pelissero, he gives updates on team vaccination rates. Overall, as of today 80% of players have had at least 1 shot. Once training camp starts, it should be easier to identify who hasn't been vaccinated due to them not being able to talk to the media and having to walk around with masks on. Found an article below from July 16th: According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, 13 NFL teams have reached the 85% threshold as of Friday, July 16. The teams with the highest vaccination rates are the Pittsburgh Steelers, Miami Dolphins, Carolina Panthers, and Denver Broncos. On the other side of these NFL rankings, the Washington Football Team and Indianapolis Colts are the last two remaining teams that have less than 50% of personnel vaccinated. Overall, around 73.8% are vaccinated. This number tracks ahead of the general population. Currently, 67.9% of American adults have received at least one vaccine shot, per the New York Times. The numbers on NFL vaccinations are changing daily. Reports had eight teams over the 85% threshold earlier in the week, and now that number is 13. Likewise, there were four teams under 50%. However, the Los Angeles Chargers and Arizona Cardinals were no longer on that list as of Friday.
  19. Here's a short video highlighting play from his spring ball game. https://247sports.com/college/miami/Article/VIDEO-Miami-Hurricanes-football-ATH-Phillip-Dunnam-stars-on-both-sides-of-ball-in-spring-game-165978476/Amp/?__twitter_impression=true Junior year highlights here: https://www.hudl.com/video/3/11804925/5fd24872066c020fecb27f95
  20. Just wait until he sees what #LEO is all about. I like our chances here against Michigan and Iowa State after he gets to see what the culture and expectations are like "in person".
  21. This should be the next domino to fall. What an exciting 4 days for the program! The dividends are starting to increase on the Tom Allen investment. It's a great day to be a Hoosier!
