My three keys before the game:

Rebound well: we had overall edge and basically even on OR, but missed a couple key opportunities late.

    Limit TOs: too many TOs

Avoid foul trouble: Foul trouble for Mgbako and Reneau really hurt in second half.

Played with a lot of energy and effort. Gallo was great. Just not enough winning plays against a good team.

Mgbako going out with his fourth was a killer and Woodson took too long to get him back in.

He should be looking at jail time time if the details are correct.

From a legal website. Also has the penalties listed of what he will likely face.

    • In cases where the perpetrator is 21 years or older and the victim is under the age of 16, they could face enhanced sentencing, which can result in harsher penalties. It is also important to note that California has a “Romeo and Juliet” law, which can provide a defense for specific individuals who engage in sexual activity with a minor who is no more than three years younger than them.

The whole story is just creepy.  I saw the pic of her with him shirtless in the background and a caption of "Just f*cked Josh Giddey".  Appeared to be her post, so I think there's a LOT of smoke here.  Just really weird, but it comes back to the question of how young is too young and who gets to determine the age of consent?  I would tell you that my daughter was probably not mature enough to make those decisions at 21, but that's a father speaking.

Photos of which have been deleted but there's always a screenshot.

As others said, Criminal Trespass could be a wide range of things.

So, instead, 'let's focus on the Resisting Law Enforcement aspect of it.  The most likely scenario is that he simply tried to flee the scene.  A teenager running from the police when they are doing something wrong.  Dumb decision, but a perfectly natural reaction by a teenager.  However, if you take the analysis of that to the next level, some other questions arise.

    • Was he by himself?  If not, did others with him successfully flee?  If so, are they also affiliated with the basketball program?  Could there be other punishments as well once Woodson has the full grasp of the situation?
    • Despite the potential look/impact of the above bullet, if he was actually by himself, it may be even more concerning.  A group of kids getting into mischief is one thing.  Think Windy City 5.  A singular kid getting into mischief, in my opinion, raises more red flags, and will often point to even a more serious violation, especially at that time of night.  It's gives the appearance that someone wants to do something unseen by others.

I've always been a glass half empty kind of guy.  But, I don't feel good about it if he was alone with whatever occurred.

Do not remind me of the Windy City 5. I'm curious what the police report will say if we see it.
