I completely I agree! I personally like those two a lot and the Hoosier Collective they started is very smart! They’re not keeping any of the money, all those donations go to the players. Not mention Pankowski started Carpool Karaoke and is definitely not hurting in the wealth department. He’s doing this for the players to give our program an advantage.. I don’t see any one else complaining about them doing anything to help our program.

Like I’ve said.. if we win big this year we will no longer be getting or going after guys outside the top 60-70.. we will start snagging guys in the top 25 every class.

I thought I saw something about the two other kids he visited with are committing to Bama tomorrow and he changed his commitment date so they would all three be committing on the same day.

Yes absolutely! I think we will be the dark horse this season for sure and surprise a lot of people! If we win a lot of games this year.. our recruiting will change dramatically.. we’ll be in the conversation again for numerous guys in top 25.. especially with Woodson at the realm! His recruiting has already been very good but I think it will only get better if we win! This is a tournament team for sure! I think we will be anywhere from a 5 seed to a 7 seed.

I had an interesting conversation with one of my buddies down at IU over the weekend.. same grade as Trayce and they’re good friends.. we all went to high school together.. he told me that Trayce said Tamar Bates is the best player on the team.. and based off everything I have heard so far.. he came I’m right in with a dog mentality and extremely confident.. I hope what he’s been able to do this off season translates into the games! Would be awesome if he came in and put the B10 on notice! He already seems very polished as it is and I know he’s only going to get even better and more confident as the season progresses. I just thought that was an interesting statement they Trayce said! Has me excited! Now obviously Trayce is the best player on the team.. but for him to give his take on who he see’s as the best player on the team other than himself.. and it being Tamar.. can’t wait to see him turn some heads!

Landing a #2 kid in that class.. will bring some serious attention to the program.. all the kids in the top 30 know each other very well.. land a kid like this.. others will follow! Especially if we are winning again on a national stage before they start their college careers!

Oh my bad! You’re right! Will still be a tough home game.. Gophers put up 31 on Ohio.

Tough first game on the road against a really good opponent.. Iowa defense was flying around all day.. they exposed our weak points.. which is the offensive line.. Mike never got comfortable.. also our play calling was not good either as usual! It’s a long season, but I didn’t see a performance like this taking place.. thought we may go in there and lose but at least make it respectable and close.. the fact that it was that ugly from start to finish has me a little worried.. hopefully these mistakes don’t carry over into next week, but if they do.. there are bigger issues at hand. They better pick it up and get used to playing in front of a crowd.. we have 4 more tough road games.. PSU, MICHIGAN, MSU, and MINNESOTA.. all four are going to be toss ups.. I’m seeing 8-4 at best and maybe 6-6 this year.. I hope not but yesterday has me concerned for sure.
