Trayce can’t be blamed for this loss. Bates, Malik, and Geronimo combination of 2 points
They're ALL to blame. We've been sorely outplayed.

Crazy to say given his stat like, but Sissoko and Kohler have worked TJD over tonight, as much as you can work TJD over.
Not at all typical for TJD, but manhandled comes to mind.

Trayce's guys have gotten most of the copious offensive boards we've allowed them.

Don't know if lots of teams have the personnel, but will be interesting to see if we get a steady diet of p-n-r involving TJD for a while or from certain teams.
-
Just can't win giving up that many extra possessions via giving up offensive boards. Then throw in too many TOs.

More offensive boards surrendered.

JHS missed Galloway for the easy layup on that break.

This is disappointing.
Yes. Just hope we can recoup the energy for Purdue. Play like this and that will be a 25 point beat down.
-
They've been the aggressor since about 10 minutes in 1st half. We've never turned the tide.

Them going to the floor, us making bad passes then just watching the loose ball.

And probably need 2-3's from some combination of JHS, Kopp, Galloway and/or Bates.
Agreed. Could really use a bevy of 3s from anyone.

D will have to seriously clamps down from here on out for any chance.

How did Banks not get the offensive board? Came right to him.

Nice charge take by Banks.

Those are some clanky (mike up?) rims.

They're just killing us on the offensive glass.

We'd have been tied for this second half if he made those two bunnies, sans the play TJD got blown by then turned it over and Jalen decided he'd rather give up a monstrous dunk than compete.
Yeah, I suppose the fouls maybe influencing JHS there. But that looked straight weak the lack of any contest.
-
I suppose that's the margin of error we've be fearing all along. TJD has an off night and we don't have enough left over to count on.
-
Hit another 3 already!
-
If we want to compete in this one, gotta match the intensity, take their shots, and punch right back. No namby pamby like the last part of the 1st half.

When we were up 22-13 we had plenty of chances to extend the lead but made to many turnovers.
Really dicked around about 4 straight possessions. Should've been up 20.

Breaking it open early was there for the taking and we didn't. Now it's a dog fight and they've got momentum. Go take it back. Refs ain't bailing us out.

Lazy hooks aren’t going strong. Getting worked on the defensive end too. Has 4 turnovers too. He needs to be tougher. We all know we aren’t getting a favorable whistle.
Yep. B1G road. Can't expect any favors what so ever from the zebras. Gotta overcome it and win it on your own merit.

Yep. Entire team has to take it way up if they want to compete. Hasn't been a poor half, but just not good enough given opponent and cirucmstances.

Move on to the next one. Hoping for a much more energetic and focused effort. Another performance like last night Saturday and we'll be in for a 25 or 30 point shellacking. But agree with others - the last two home games will be best indicators whether we are heading into post-season on an upswing, downswing, or flat.
