  1. Snarky is bad. Snippety is much better. Or, even better yet, crotchety.
  2. Bleacher Report story on Vic, but it is on CNN.com. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2744393-bothered-by-trade-reaction-shade-victor-oladipo-finally-scoring-like-a-star?utm_source=cnn.com&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=editorial
  3. Victor Oladipo has a better singing voice than Paul George. https://www.indystar.com/story/sports/nba/pacers/2017/11/28/victor-oladipo-singing-pacers-locker-room-cracks-up-lance-stephenson/900711001/
  4. I've watched more of the Pacers this year than the last 3 years combined.
  5. I'm not selling anything. Vic is a former IU player. The Pacers are the 'home' team for a large percentage of the posters on this board. It only stands to reason that we continue to analyze the trade that brought him home.
  6. The ongoing discussion comparing Vic's year to Paul's is not 'bashing' George.
  7. Gotcha. Though you were basing it on the perception that the East was weak (except for your Celtics of course).
  8. The East is +2 against the West so far this season. And, I swear I did not look this up until you answered, but the Pacers have had the 2nd ranked SOS so far. http://www.espn.com/nba/stats/rpi/_/sort/SOS
  9. Better chance at being an all-star this year. Vic or PG13?
  10. Impressive 3 point shooting from Thomas.
  11. Vic apparently bruised his knee last night and is questionable against the Celtics tonight.
  12. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2745396-victor-oladipo-produces-stat-line-not-seen-in-30-years
  13. On your point about the Celtics falling back to earth...Brad Stevens is good for 8-10 wins a year, if not more.
  14. If I calculated correctly, the Eastern Conference is +9 in the W/L column this year as of today.
  15. That's pretty incredible defense by OG. His minutes were limited tonight even though he started. Not sure if it was matchups or what.
  16. Chris Walder ✔@WalderSports The Toronto Raptors allow 9.9 fewer points per 100 possessions with OG Anunoby on the floor. Oh, and he's a 41.2 percent 3-point shooter.
  17. (((Eric Koreen))) ✔@ekoreen Good morning: OG Anunoby has the fifth best net-rating in the league, behind three Warriors and Anthony Tolliver.
  18. That Brad Stevens guy can coach a little bit.
  19. I've read all the Silva books Love them. Also read the Century Trilogy by Follett. Fantastic series.
  20. I read a lot. Almost exclusively fiction. It's an escape for me, so non-fiction does not hold as much appeal. My favorite book of all time is 'If I Never Get Back' by Darryl Brock. Time traveling fantasy story focusing on the 1869 Cincinnati Red Stockings. https://www.amazon.com/If-Never-Get-Back-Novel/dp/1583941878
  21. JBJ one of the players highlighted in this G-League story. Also, Yogi used as kind of the 'face' of the league. http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/21278532/everything-need-know-g-league-nba
  22. Vic with 31 tonight, but Pacers 3 point defense was bad and they lose to the Sixers on the road.
  23. Gregg Doyel article on the George for Oladipo/Sabonis trade. https://www.indystar.com/story/sports/columnists/gregg-doyel/2017/11/01/paul-george-victor-oladipo-domantas-sabonis-pacers-thunder-trade-winner-loser-doyel/820899001/
  24. Catching up with another IU guy. Cody really needs to get out of Charlotte. Clifford is never going to play him quality minutes. Cody should be getting 30+ minutes a night.
  25. Vic and Sabonis combine for 38 points, 14 boards, and 13 assists, to help the Pacers defeat the Cavs in Cleveland. And, on the 2nd night of a back-to back to boot. Edit: And, no...KOB and I are not the same person. Nor is he one of my ex-wives
