Bloomington South? She could borderline start for the IU men's team. 😂
YES, and consider her passing skills...and anticipation/bball IQ

So you accepted an irrational NCAA gestapo system but not an NIL system that is market value based? That’s hypocritical.
Understand your point. But, i wish those getting big $$$ would be required to stay a minimum 2 years. The pendulum has swung too far imo.

As an IU fan, I'm glad PU lost. Wouldn't be a rivalry otherwise.
But as a fan of good basketball, UConn exposed every weakness available in PU's team. (except Edey's elbows) Great game plan by Hurley, great execution by the team. Clingan made Edey actually earn his post up points, without help. The only time UConn double teamed Edey was when Clingan was on the bench.
And the defense in the backcourt for UConn was amazing. The on ball pressure and passing lane defense was really a great thing to witness.
PU got beat by a far superior team. Also a little surprised Painter didn't adjust his offense much in the 2nd half.
Congrats to UConn.
Well said. And, like someone said earlier, watching UConn easily break PU full court pres was beautiful. A good example of great teamwork and coaching.

Well, there’s playing with confidence and there’s playing in control. X never lacked for confidence, but….
Agreed. Good point.

Aside from Klingon and Johnson, every other player has two things in common: they can all handle the ball and they can all shoot.
And they play with confidence because they believe in their coach.

I'd give my left n$t to have players like Newton and Spencer.
Id give both nuts to have a coach as smart and talented as Hurley.

Hate that MP doesn’t work the refs
Hurley is on the court
Screaming & yelling
There is no penalty
He needs a warning at least.

The whole notion of "Edey is only good because he is tall" is looking pretty foolish. He is totally dominating a really good big man.
OK. But Hurley smartly is having guards drive at him, scoring some short 2s while he avoids fouling.

Boy it’s not just the horrible Raftery being annoying it’s all of them. 🙄
Guess it’s either time for the mute button or bed (have to get up at 0330)Is it true Raftery is considered a potential third party candidate for U s Pres. I think he’s old enough to run now. 😆

Can’t wait to see Clingan vs Edey. UConn is so well coached imo. I don’t see PU beating the Huskies.

The opening of Uconn Alab is fantastic. Each team plays so well as a unit on offense. Look at the quick passes snd shots off thd pass, with limited dribbling. So different from many IU efforts where our players deliberate before a pass or shot.

Sounds like he has worn out his welcome in Arkansas. I hear people say he is hard to work with and he grates on people.
Sounds like his dad.

Could be someone we get involved with? 5’11 PG
sounds very interesting...like these shorter guys running circles around 6'5' guards.

That kid is gonna ball at depaul. I see it happening !
He came in looking good and then had plenty of time "defining" his physical outline.
Then couldn't hit the balcony in assembly hall. We all know that he can and should be a 3 pt sniper.. He simply had a TERRIBLE case of the yips. He was genius at interpreting passing lanes for the steal, and changing direction to get the defensive tip of an opponents shot.
He'd shoot 80% in warm ups, then his shot TOTALLY changed in game time. Suddenly in game shots, he used his 40" vertical while in his jump shot. ... SIMMER DOWN young feller. Just shoot the friggin ball like you know how to.
But alas. Depaul has a god one, if Holtman can find a way to get him calm and focused in game time..
just givin the kid more playing time usually resolves the nervousness......not by crazy substitution patterns like mass subbing

Congrats Woodson and staff and welcome Bryson Tucker. I know you’re well coached, by Morgan Wooten’s son, Joe. Your talent and bball smarts will be appreciated at AH. Go Hoosiers.

this quote of Tucker sounds good to me. HIGH IQ
Tucker's father, Byron Tucker, played at NC State and George Mason. Tucker said he's been training Bryson ever since he first picked up a basketball. “His strength right now is his IQ and his understanding of the game,” Byron Tucker told On3's Joe Tipton.d to me. IQ high

Not that big of a deal. Pretty sure most on here aren’t using it as a jab, more-so because it fits and has a ring to it. Nobody still holds that over his head. If he has a good sense of humor, I’m sure he doesn’t care. But I’m not going to argue about it.
its easier to say and remember Taco than his real name. Case Closed. chill
