Remember my Mom picked me up from school and didn’t know anything about it, when I told her she almost broke down in tears!

My Mom worked in the cafeteria of Warren Elementary School in Terre Haute, where I was attending 1st grade...We were coming in from recess, and I saw Mom standing in the hallway with one foot on the wall, crying...I broke out of line and asked her what was wrong..."They shot the president."

I was in 4th grade and the janitor came into the room crying and told us the President had been shot. It was a cold, rainy Friday. I wish one day the truth would come out as to why Kennedy was murdered. I have never believed that Oswald was the lone gunman.
In today's world, Kennedy would be considered a radical right winger.
