At one point in the 8th, NKU had the tying run at the plate (bases loaded, 1 out) but got out of that jam then tacked on 2 in the 9th. They have won 2 of their first 3 weekends on the road. (Missouri and TN Martin)... they competed well at Georgia the other weekend, they were swept, but two of the three losses were by one run. Georgia is 12-1. 3 runs last night we unearned because Cerny had a complete debacle fielding balls at short with the rain/moisture on the ball. All in all-- I thought we played really well.
