CauseThatsMyDJ
I'm trying to stay grounded. Ramsey looked really uncomfortable against OSU. Lagow had a bad half against Virginia but maybe it was a fluke.
IUguy
I'm not so sure. Maybe Ramsey should start against any team with a decent defense. Lagow has a good arm, but any time he pulls the ball down or takes even a few extra seconds to find a receiver, only bad things can, and usually will, happen. Ramsey apparently has a pretty good arm himself, he is also somewhat multi purposed thereby giving the defenses a running threat to worry about along with the ability to move around and throw, and he seems to have a good head for what to do when pressured. Therefore, start Lagow when there is no threat of a strong pass rush, otherwise, go with Ramsey.

cthomas
I know Allen likes dual threat qb's, but those kind of guys really scare me. Over time they take a tremendous beating. I prefer a mobile pocket qb who can evade pressure and extend plays without taking a ton of hits.
