Richmond High School / Possible Recruiting

So last week Richmond High school, the IHSAA, and others recieved an email detailing a recruiting scandal within the Richmond basketball program. It might be legit or an giant hoax. The fact is though that Richmond did get like 7 or 8 move in/transfer students this season. The story reported by Radio Troy of of Richmond has been interesting to follow. Recruiting likely occurs at a lot of places.  But, 7-8 in a single season is ridiculous.  That would be a serious middle finger at the IHSAA and the concept of high school sports being a community based source of pride.
