So, when I get my girlfriends HBO Max login information. Can I log into my laptop, or does it have to be through your cable provider, or stream from a phone app?

I'm not familiar with HBO Max., and all I'd like to do is watch it on my laptop with my earbuds.

From a laptop it should be as simple as entering her account ID and password at the hbomax.com sign in page

I think they're a little more watchful of how many devices are logging in to one account than Netflix is, but yeah, same concept...
