On Friday I was still hearing good things. Stayed away from all non family things until Sunday night. I was as shocked as everyone once I checked a few messages. I text a friend that confirmed NC was gone. We coukd not have been in a better position to land him. Like others have said almost every thing I hear from outbid state recruits are from people close to Indiana basketball. In state multiple outlets for info. I hear what you are saying but the RPO was truly not an option Reed got beat immediately and the run would have been stopped right there. Wentz looked to throw it at the feet of the RB but he was on the ground and it would have been intentional grounding in the end zone and a safety. They did not have the right package to audible out of it. Should have wasted a TO i guess but that play call is what made it all so bad. If you go back and watch the replay you can see that Wentz did the best thing possible. Cant take the sack, cant get intentional gounding you have to get rid of it and hope for the best. I blame Reich 100% on that call. As bad as the 4th down fake punt against the PAts with Pagano. STUPID STUPID STUPID. Wentz was not great by any stretch but Frank is killed this team and will DIE by analytics.

Calling a screen in the 4th quarter of a tie game in the shadow of your own goal line is a firable offense IMO. I have tried hard to support Reich but he is not a very good head coach. He keeps saying he is keeping Taylor rested. He will be well rested with the longer off season. There is enough talent to be in 1st place in the AFC south but Frank can't stop trying to outsmart everyone. Give Taylor the ball and you beat the Titans.

I am not saying that ND deserves to be in the CFP if they end the season with only 1 loss, but what happens if UC ends up #1 and that would be their only loss. Can you keep a 1 loss team whose only loss is to current #1. Do you think UC goes undefeated and is left out of the CFP. Going to be a fun few weeks coming up for sure.

Before I post this I am not a Rodgers fan just the opposite. My brother in law is a big Packer fan so I hate everything about them. Here is the list of the top QB's in my opinion not in any specific order but for me the top 4 are in order from that its the guys I could think of when I think great. In HSN opinion where on this list would you put Rodgers based on performance not dislike. Personally I would not have him at the bottom of it for sure Brady Manning Montana Unitas Marino Brees Otto Graham Staubach Elway Young Sammy Baugh Favre Young Starr

Like I said I am the biggest Manning fan there is and I think he did his fair share of embarrassing players. I am not the best at lip reading but there have been many occasions of him yelling at some non experienced guys saying something very close to Catch the trucking fall or something like that. I did not see Rodgers but these guys are pros making a hefty salary to well catch the ball. We can agree to disagree on this one. I do get your point with Rodgers just putting blame on someone else been that way his whole career

Go back and watch some Manning material and talk to some of the guys that played with him. Stare down would be the least. Peyton is my all time favorite athlete and like he has said every player is earning a paycheck and need to be held accountable.

There is a huge difference between a high school starter and backup and the same in the NFL. Peyton Manning never let up on any of the backups. So many of those guys were Made by Manning and went elsewhere got big money and sucked. He held them to the same standard as the stars and I am sure they are thankful he did.
