At IU, who knows. Not sure the current coaching staff would have been capable of getting the max out of his talent.
They would of converted him to linebacker!

Just a few observations most has already been said. Great shooting performance from guys that most of us had concerns about coming into the season. Kopp is showing his value on both ends of the floor. I still think that he is our best team defender. I know that some on here are on him about going under screens but having really watched his play a lot last year and this I think its more scheme than him not wanting to fight over the top. Most BIG level guards can get to the rim with either hand but few can come off the PNR and shoot well with either direction. I have seen enough to believe that when he is going under it is by design to stop the drive or a miscommunication. Kopp's mid range game opens up a lot. TJD was TJD and we are witnessing a young man that has grown so much right in front of our eyes. I am very happy for Trey and Tamar. If both guys can give us those threats each night we will be very hard to beat. Teams are going to have to pick their poison on when and where to double TJD. I think X is just pressing too much but on the positive side most of the turnovers by the team were dead ball TO's and did not lead to points on the other end. I still worry every single time Race touches the ball, am I the only one??? Anything close to the basket and I just assume he is going to piss the 2 points away. I like him so much and root hard for him but of all the guys that play significant minutes I have the least amount of confidence in him. He needs a really good game to get him going. Overall I am very happy with a double digit win, following a loss in the BIG. This team is different but in the past this could have been one of those that led to a 3 or 4 game losing streak.
I agree totally. There is good Race and bad Race and unfortunately we see more bad than good. He is not a shooter and honestly, to me he is very lazy. My hope is that Geronimo or Reneau keep improving and replace him in the starting line up.

Race had no business shooting there's. I don't know what he brings to the team.
Johnson has regressed. Playing too fast, out of control and making bad decisions.

This late summer I took a role that has me working from home full time. So I built a home office in my basement. It’s about 9’x9’ of useable space. I did everything but the spackle. Actually I did a first coat of spackle. Then learned that’s not an art form I can manage, so I contracted it out. Best money I spent. I’m still ‘decorating’.
I learned a lot. Hanging drywall is tough flying solo. Hanging drywall on the ceiling is even more difficult. Hanging drywall on the ceiling when the floor joists are uneven is miserable. I should have shrunk it to 8’x8’ to save myself the sheet rock misery. I used Rockwool for sound dampening and it’s pretty amazing material.
looks like some of these pics are upside down or sideways. They are also not in the order as I selected them. Gotta love forum software.
Nice job!

Graham Mertz in the portal. Bloomington bound?
If he can't run, isn't an accurate passer and is injury prone he would be a perfect fit for Indiana. You could bring in the Pope and it wouldn't make any improvement under Allen and the Hoosiers.

Lyrics to I'm My Own Grandpa:
Now, many many years ago
When I was twenty three
I was married to a widow
Who was pretty as could beThis widow had a grown-up daughter
Had hair of red
My father fell in love with her
And soon the two were wedThis made my dad my son-in-law
And changed my very life
My daughter was my mother
'Cause she was my father's wifeTo complicate the matters
Even though it brought me joy
I soon became the father
Of a bouncing baby boyMy little baby then became
A brother-in-law to dad
And so became my uncle
Though it made me very sadFor if he was my uncle
That also made him the brother
Of the widow's grown-up daughter
Who, of course, was my step-motherI'm my own grandpa
I'm my own grandpa
It sounds funny I know
But it really is so
I'm my own grandpaMy father's wife then had a son
That kept them on the run
And he became my grandchild
For he was my daughter's sonMy wife is now my mother's mother
And it makes me blue
Because, she is my wife
She's my grandmother tooI'm my own grandpa
I'm my own grandpa
It sounds funny I know
But it really is so
I'm my own grandpaNow, if my wife is my grandmother
Then, I am her grandchild
And every time I think of it
It nearly drives me wildFor now I have become
The strangest case you ever saw
As husband of my grandmother
I am my own grandpaWhen people ask me where I grew up I always reply, In Indiana where your cousin could be your sister!

Heck, there might be an opportunity for a 68 year old man with a new hip and aortic valve to play some college football. I reckon I should mosey on down in a month or so. I just might have my choice of positions I want to play.

He looks like he has 0 confidence when he does shoot it. It’s like he is shooting 3’s sometimes because he has to.
Race is not a good shooter. Like everyone he has a couple hot streaks. He is more of a liability than he is a contributor.

Today we suck!

Race is a liability most of the time on offense and defense. Hopefully Malik takes his place.
We are shooting too quickly. Need to settle down.

I know how he could of saved himself and the university 25 million bucks!

I just want to see us play 40 minutes of of intense, physical and fundamentally sound basketball, never letting Rutgers do one thing they want to do. I hope we run up the score and pound them into submission.
And if that happens ask Rutgers if they are scared of us now!

Great win, great job coaching and fun to watch. I hope Dolson has given Coach Moren a large contract.

The only thing I will say, is this program is in desperate need of upgrades in many areas from staff to players….. This must be something Dolson is aware of and has his finger on moving forward…….
I agree totally my friend. Have a great day.

IMHO....It's posters like this who simply make it hard for anyone to want to come to IU and play football. I know we are struggling, but good grief, man! Players, parents and potential players DO read some of this stuff. SMH.....
You might be right but the facts don't lie! You think these players/families don't know what is going on and feel the same way?
Pretending and ignoring the facts and results does this program no good.
You would think that after 50 years if crap football someone somewhere would step in and do something drastic.
Stating the facts is much better pretending everything will be okay and we will work ourselves through the problem.
If the truth hurts, so be it!

Wow...PU put on a ass whipping in a strong tournament
Best team in the Big 10 in my opinion. They will be tough to beat, especially at home.
I don't know if we have the shooters to beat them. Smith and Loyer are going to be tough to stop for everyone.

You know Basketball brought in Thad Matta to help run the basketball program for a short period. Maybe we need that in football. Someone to help identify Big Ten talent and recruiting also the day to day stuff.
Why are we paying Allen millions of dollars? That's his job/responsibility and he isn't up to the job get rid of him.

Being lied to about the set up is wrong. Hopefully that promoter or the Mirage is black balled from events.
I would of refused to play unless there was adequate medical personnel on hand. Indiana should ask for complete reimbursement for having to play in the ghetto!
IU football program going forward.

Sorry but I think he is a hop, skip and a jump from his competence level. To me he is more qualified to be a cheerleading coach. Hopefully after we go winless next year a change will be made.
