Could it be because his senior year the 3 point line was used? What I wouldn't give to have those type of shooters on the roster, in particular Alford's free throw shooting. There is no excuses for Indiana not being a better free throw shooting team.

You are correct, however 25 million bucks for a non-established coach is ridiculous in my opinion. Maybe they should renegotiate the contract and buyout since he has had two shit years and the next two years will probably we just as bad. Also, if a school wants a coach bad enough the buyout will more than likely not be an issue.

I don't believe he hired either of those coaches. Allen's first year was with Wilson's players, his second years success had a lot to do with COVID-19. He has bombed last year, this year and for the foreseeable future. Allen is paid to win and keep improving the program and he shouldn't of been rewarded for doing his job. I don't know about you but making a 25 million dollar error would get most people fired, unless of course you work for the government or in athletics. And for me the jury is still out on Woodson. I hope he is the man and brings Indiana back to where it belongs but after 20 plus years of waiting I will believe it when I see it. Have a great day my friend.

My good friend kept the stats for Michigan State Football and Basketball and gave me his tickets and parking passes every year. Indiana always lost at Breslin and I had pretty much given up when they pulled it out. Great game, great finish and all of us Indiana fans went crazy. TV Teddy was officiating the game and it was quite obvious that he thought everyone in the Breslin came to see him. What a jackass! Best Memories: I never missed a game on television. Right after I got married in 1973 my then wife stripped naked and stood in front of the television while the Hoosier's were on. I politely asked her to get out of the way so I could watch the game. Needless to say she wasn't real pleased with me. I wish she would of divorced me right then and there. For many years when the game was on the family vacated the premises.
