Unfortunately, while BYU was a Tier 3 team, Duquesne was in Tier 4.  Illinois also in Tier 4, so BYU losing cost me a Sweet 16 team.

I mostly stuck with it, but used my own judgment to override it here and there.

I want Reneau back. He made big strides from his 1st year to his 2nd year, even if it unraveled a bit down the stretch. Foul less, sure. Also I'd like to see him pass out of the double-team more often and more effectively instead of going 1 on 2 or 1 on 3 so much, although the running theory in my head all season was he did that due to knowing we did not have shooters.

Going to be honest, I have zero faith the next hire will be a good one. Not saying I'd rather keep Woodson indefinitely, don't get me wrong. After all these years, I simply don't trust whatever process they follow.

The question I have for those of you who are in contact with lots of IU fans on a daily basis (I am not): How does the non-message board crowd generally feel about the situation?  My feeling is a change is a no brainer but am I just in a message board echo chamber?
 

 

The fans I talk to in-person don't believe in Woodson anymore but they also fear firing him too soon will make it impossible to find a proper replacement.
