The winner of Penn State/Maryland will match up with Michigan. PSU is up 12 with 5 minutes left. We would get Nebraska if we win our game, then possibly Illinois.

That is fine by me. I wasn't expecting or encouraging a fan protest during the ceremony.

I watched the stream. The crowd seemed supportive of basically everything that was said, or at a minimum no signals of discontent.

Changed my mind. Going to watch the game today. I know everyone was concerned so I hope this announcement removes just a bit of stress from your lives. 🙂

The team truly has been fun to watch the last 3 games, hope to see more of the same today.

Good lawd, Butcher for Troy has 3 home runs and 6 RBI. IU hasn't scored since a leadoff blast by Mitchell B1. Troy leads 6-1 T9.

The "we" part annoys me. A fan base isn't a monolith acting and thinking in lockstep. I have no control over what anyone else says or does. The people who are toxic on social media, there is no telling them what to do. They won't listen. It isn't worth the time to worry about things you can't control.

Conversely, they turned on Woodson quickly. I had chalked it up to the compounding effects of doing a postgame show immediately after each and every loss. That shit adds up, and clearly does things to your brain. But maybe it's also because they are hearing stories like this one? Odd that they've never mentioned hinted at these reasons before. And surely there were hearing some not great stories about Archie behind the scenes too. 

I don't know, but something's been off about the Assembly Call product this season. There's something gatekeepy and populist in their tone that has me turning away. Maybe that's just because losing seasons are no fun for anyone, but maybe some of you have heard a change, too.

This season is the first time I started watching Assembly Call on a regular basis and I haven't had any issues with the show. Their reactions after games has struck me as authentic. I enjoy watching them. 

Well that escalated quickly. 

Today feels like a good day to turn on ESPN+ and watch conference tournament action all day long. Games all day starting at noon! Indiana State at 1pm.
