Yeah, we agree on Reneau. The next step in his progression is becoming a better playmaker/facilitator. I understand his assists per game are solid, but he also has a really high usage rate. He often seems very reluctant to kick it out when there are shooters wide open and in rhythm. If he's back next year and can learn that skill, the sky is the limit for him.

We've been shooting the ball really well lately. Hoping to see more. 16.9 attempts per game would still just be 332 in the nation.

Interesting stat. The turnover difference definitely balanced this out, but IU has to get better on the glass.

To be fair, the postgame thread Wednesday night was barely 4 pages long the same night. Tonight we're on page 3. It's also a Saturday night and that Colts game was on also. Less eyeballs here on a busy night.

Loved Woodson going with the 3-guard lineup. Want more of that.

XJ with 18 points and 0 turnovers in 34 minutes. Galloway with 7 assists and only 1 turnover in 32 minutes. Huge improvement from Wednesday!

Wanted to expand on Woodson. He coached a great game today, really pushed all of the right buttons. Right after that 7-0 run the start the second half he called timeout and switched Galloway onto Battle, and Galloway, along with help from XJ, Gunn and Walker on switches, largely locked him up the rest of the way. Also, a ton of credit to Woodson for his lineups and subbing. He road the hot, effective lineup, wasn't afraid to sit two McDonald's AA's, and also subbed well down the stretch situationally. Really well coached game!

I was thinking how sometimes they'll change a 3 to a 2 during a break. But, I guess calling something a "3" is a call you can change.

This! I'm guessing the staff got on Reneau and Ware during the last timeout. They're both rebounding much more aggressively, and as you said, all of the sudden we look good.
