If Bowers is available and the Colts pass on him I would be pissed.

I thought Peacock was doing part of the Big 10 tourney this year but maybe I was wrong.
You are right. Peacock has the first 2 games(March 13th).

MVP of the game has to be the fire alarm, right? Completely stalled any momentum Wisco was gaining.

Gotcha except Big John wasn't a lefty. But Wayman wasn't a Hoosier either.

Where has this team been all year. Playing aggressive and playing well so far.
Yeah. Well the real team just showed up.

So Pearl has a better likelihood of winning one at Auburn, than Indiana?
WTF. I never said that.

Can't remember that, but I believe you.
Auburn was ROLLING when Okeke went down. They had demolished Top 5 Tennessee in the SEC championship game, beat KU, thumped UNC (who was a tourney favorite), and beat UK. In a 5 game span-- Auburn had beaten Tennessee, Kansas, North Carolina, and Kentucky.
And then UVA beats them by 1 in the F4.
UT, KU, UNC, and UK in literally a 2-week time frame....
I would argue he's exhausted his capability at AU.. he's built a consistent Top 15-20 program there. I think that is the ceiling of their ability.
If Florida can win a title so can Auburn.

If I'm a recruit, I'd be thinking twice about committing to IU right now.
I wouldn't have to think twice. Of course I consider myself a SG by trade.

Mike Woodson is NOT going to quit, or retire for that matter. I think some of you overlook that the guy got off of back surgery and 6 weeks later led IU to a Big 10 championship and was the Big 10 PoY. That's not to say, as @Artesian_86 iterated, that because he's "IU Royalty" he shouldn't be canned if the situation warrants (it doesn't), but it does show a toughness that you can't overlook. He's mentally tough and he's a competitor...Quitting isn't in him
Why did we fire Archie Miller? Because he could not beat Purdue or get to the NCAA tournament. Yet we get a guy who accomplishes both of those tasks in his first two years, and because we have one down year, we're ready for Dolson to go back to the donors, ask for another $12.5 million dollars to cover what would be essentially admitting he made a mistake. He's not going to do that.

They get fine looks…they are hesitant because they suck at shooting. Nothing will change that for me. They can’t even shoot free throws so of course they can’t shoot 3s. They also have really slow releases…anyone watch elite shooters like Steph Curry and Reggie Miller,,, heck even Caitlin Clark?? They have hair trigger releases…our guys load up like they are loading a Middle Ages trebuchet. The offense is similar to many other teams run. The focal point is different (we are trying to generate looks for our bigs) but the most important difference is the guys running it. We are about as poor shooters in all of division 1.
Trebuchet? I loved that analogy.

I don't get how the Reds are projected to be worse than last year. The young'ens are a year older and the roster has been improved. Not saying they will win 90, but projecting them for 78 or 79 wins? I can't see that.
I found the Cards projection questionable. lol

OK, so I tried to match @5fouls and was going pretty good til I guessed Joe Tinker and Gabby Hartnett...The only non-Cub was Mike Squires who I remembered was the last lefty to play catcher in MLB (White Sox)
FYI...Sandberg played a couple of games at SS for the Cubs.
