Gotta hand it to the girl.  She’s the best shooter since Steph Curry.  Game won’t hurt IU.  They were off from outside today but still hung in there in a tough environment against a good team.  Did not follow the program by letting Clark get hers and shutting down everyone else.  Too many other players scored too much for Iowa.  It still took a miracle shot to beat them.  Won’t happen again in Chicago.

Don’t know who will win, but if our girls/women play South Carolina, it will be one hell of a game.

Glad IU won!  However, I said it during the game and I’ll say it again now.  This team is just frustrating to watch.  Too many turnovers, no consistent second scorer, gives up far too many offensive rebounds…..I could go on.  But, they have Trayce and play pretty good defense (when oops threes don’t fall).  Can they win on the road or on a neutral court?  Can they beat MSU in Lansing?  I love their heart, but without a healthy XJ, just how far can they go?

This game is sooo frustrating!  IU can’t make a damn free throw and doesn’t seem to want or be able to take the lead.  Someone besides TJD needs to be a consistent scorer.  Come on!

Well it came down to the bogus miss of a traveling and the two technicals.  Great comeback though.

Screw the techs!  Refs must be blind not to see that travel.  Real problem is, who is gonna score for IU?

Can’t have anyone on the other team hot from outside.  Pretty much the only way IU loses.

Would have been nice if Koop made that open three.  Don’t get that many open looks

Just too many dumb mistakes.  Michigan can be beaten, but not if we help them so much.  Also need to take a few threes and maybe hit some.

Too many turnovers

Need to score.  It’s been too long.

This game is too close.  Can’t turn the ball over or give up offensive rebounds.  Keep guarding the three.

We covered the three early but now that’s what got Rutgers back in the game.  Better to guard the three and make them work for it inside.  Then again, they are shooting out of their a—, kind of like Penn State did.

Great game.  Next is the big one one Thursday against Iowa.  For top of the BIG.  It’s crazy but as good as they are they may not win the conference.  Beating Iowa would help.  Let Kaitlin Clark get her 25, but contain Cinzano and the rest of them.  Cannot let those two score over 50 points.

Wow!  What a quarter!  PU scored only 2 points.  Just incredible!

Interesting game. PU taking Holmes out of game so far.  Other girls taking up slack. CMM fantastic and defense solid. Have a feeling MH will have a better second half.

Watched on tape as I was tied up during game time.  First half was amazing.  Second half not so much, but they hung in there and did what they had to.

Now, do the same against Rutgers, who always seems to have our number.

Is there any update on Geronimo?  We could really use him against Rutger’s rebounding. 

With all the turnovers, fouls and lousy shooting, if they lose, the worst part is letting MD get so many offensive rebounds and second chance points
