  1. Yeah, Helen Mirren in Golda. Oppenheimer was also good. 😂
  2. At the time, I cringed and screamed, but now that I'm old...ahhh, you just admire his abilities and marvel at those plays. It was a magnificent display of defense. 😊
  3. One of the best...maybe THE best defensive third basemen to play the game. Sixteen consecutive gold gloves...HOF...and more.
  4. Go to ESPN page online right now...and guess whose picture is there.
  5. In four games - 1636 yds passing, 16 tds, 2 ints
  6. They're a better team. Better coaching too.
  7. When you lead 9-0...it's reasonable to expect a win. Nope!
  8. Coach Prime being taken to the wood shed by the Ducks right now...21-0 with 8:30 in the first half.
  9. Not arguing because I think the entire BIG looks weak.
  10. Now 31-7...they overcame their struggles it seems.
  11. Everyone is selling Cupps short. He may not give you everything that you want at pg...but he will still be solid, imho. He can hit a jump shot, make a correct pass, defend adequately. Knight played freshmen... lots of times. Quit worrying. Coach Woodson knows what he's doing!
  12. I agree...but these days with the investment that these high end players have already made, it's really more of a business decision for the kid's future. Didn't used to be like this as old guys like me remember. But with $$$ being HIGHLY involved...ain't nobody making snap decisions for the most part.
  13. His brother walked on at Georgia, which might be a factor.
  14. I see your point, but have doubts about Burrow healing in five weeks, doubts about this team winning even two games with a backup quarterback, and lastly that they can finish in the way you suggested. I'm thoroughly pessimistic about this season for the Bengals.
  15. I might agree if I felt Burrow was moving past his physical problems as he did last season. But that's not the case. Plus the AFC North is still a formidable division defensively. The failure/decision not to sign Tee Higgins still feels like a personnel issue that could lead to locker room problems. But that's totally my gut and too much Bengals mgmt/Brown family history talking. I hope that I'm wrong. But if Burrow can't play effectively this next game, this discussion is pretty meaningless.
  16. The Browns gave this game away with four turnovers. Two turned into defensive touchdowns for the Steelers. Pittsburgh's defense won this game.
