I read that last line and could easily replace the words officials and officiating with the words "teacher/teachers" and that is public education right now. As a fellow educator and hoops junkie, this post is my early on favorite for post of the year. Couldn't be more true. I got in trouble one time at school, was scared to go home (not because my environment was unsafe, I respected my parents). Now when kids get in trouble, they (parents) try to blame the teachers or admins first, instead of their own child. 

I don't pay much attention to the polls. Yeah it's nice recognition, but as we have seen already, college hoops has delivered all season long. You could argue over just about every team in the top 25, whether they should be higher, lower, why, etc. Some of the voters in the polls should have their credentials revoked, it's like they haven't seen some of the teams even play a game. 

It’s always the eye test for me. I’m 40, so didn’t see 4 of those guys. TJD is the only logical answer I can give.

I'm tired of there being no accountability for Big Ten officials. It's dog $h!t every single game, and I'm convinced now more than ever that there is side action (gambling) of some kind. Every single game I've watched this year has had multiple bad calls. No accountability, no evaluations, nothing. I know if I got criticized at my job as much as they do, I'd more than likely lose it. 

Don't even get me started on techs. Fran can run down both sidelines, but our sleepy assistant wakes up for 3 minutes and gets one? Come on man

Stayed off forums during the game. Our best win of the season since at Xavier. Huge for net ranking. Hopefully if/when XJ returns it somehow improves the team chemistry, which is already solid
