Very much expected, just not a fit in the system now. Probably would have left last year but didn't have enough credits to graduate. Congrats to the Boilers on their first final 4 in a long time. Going to be quite a battle vs UConn in the title game. Not sure I really want either team to win, but if Purdue does then at least we can stop having to hear about how bad the Big Ten is due to the Natty drought. Went to both games at the Garden, nothing quite like being surrounded by UConn fans while your team gives up a 0-30 run. 🤮 Thursday was more fun but didn't get home until almost 2 am. Yeah, that's the idea behind seeding the tournament, give the teams that have had the best season the best chance to advance.

Worst job by the committee in a long, long time. Virginia over Oklahoma or ISU along with a bunch of really strange seeding choices. Usually there's a couple minor complaints but this is just a travesty.

Metrics are good, resume is weak. Probably depends on what this committee values this time around. Would rather see them in than a Wake Forest or Villanova for sure.

Most definitely not a flaw. If you don't count non-conference games then there's no way to "connect" all the conferences and you'd get garbage results. And how do you propose to use head to head when you're comparing literally hundreds of teams that mostly do not play each other?
