Well, it has worked out pretty well for Wisconsin after Bo Ryan retired and former assistant Greg Gard was eventually hire as the head coach.

My all time favorite band is Pink Floyd… I literally listen to them every day at some point. This is how I’m feeling now about the state of the program. I was thinking the same thing, but I actually think he will play. I just think TJD has a higher ceiling and more to offer in the NBA.

Is it just me, but does anyone else think TJD will eventually be more valuable and successful than Edey in the NBA? ….not that it matters or s a p*ssin’ contest or anything? Lol

Wait till he gets to the NBA,…. He will finally get to feel what it’s like to have a foul called on him, plus gets 6 chances… lol

Our chances of winning the first game will be tough without Galloway, let alone the whole thing. However, I think we could get in with 3 wins, (This is with a healthy Galloway) based on the selection committee taking team injuries into consideration. JMO GO IU

If so, it’s extremely unfortunate. However, this gives X a monster opportunity to show he can help this team moving forward. You could tell at the end of the Michigan State game that he was satisfied we won, but the look on his face showed how disappointed he was in his overall performance. Had we lost that game, he would have taken the brunt of that, even though Trey was hurt. It was definitely bitter sweet. His overall play was awful, but his positioning and last play save the win.

I am very interested in what Coach Woodson will do with his coaching staff next year. There definitely needs to be a shake up. Who does he keep and who does he replace. I did see Walsh mentioned for the IUPUI head coaching job…

This just goes to show you how some kids feel about their coach and what he/she does for them. That's what is most important to them,....that they're happy and feel they're in the right place. I was super surprised with the support what they said about Coach Woodson and the current state. It's no secret that I feel we need a change in direction and a fresh voice to this team, but it's not up to me. At this point, I will just have to wish for the best and a stellar off season recruitment in the portal. It has to be that way as well as some new and improved assistant coaches and hopefully an improved Coach Woodson. That's a lot of positive changes needed for this team. Who knows what will happen.... I also wouldn't be surprised it at the end of the season, Dolson comes out and makes a change. JMO

I think we can all at least agree that nothing will be done, if there’s a chance, till after IU’s season is done over. I think we all want to get something that leads us to believe it may not be officially over yet.

I totally agree. I definitely want him to retire, but there will definitely be many boos, even more if we get beat.

....this IS the overlying issue! He so wants to be the guy that bridged the gap between the old and the new as well as being a former Coach Knight stud bring relevance back to IU again. I know deep down inside this is what his dream is to do, but it is not going to happen, that ship has sailed...... It's been said over and over again, but this is truly a "dead man walking" situation if this ship isn't righted. JMO

How can Quinn think that this is going to help his beloved IU? This could quite possibly be his most memorable legacy as opposed to his lofty IU bb career. SMH....

....There certainly has to be light at the end of the deep cave IU admin has created. How can Dolson sit there and "watch this ship continue to take on water, listing more and more each week?" The players do talk and I can't image a player or multiple players have been let their feeling known. I feel at this rate, some of these guy are playing for themselves and trying to improve their stock for other suitors. JMO
