TJD is soft, no other way to put it. Love the guy and glad he’s a Hoosier but he doesn’t like to be bodied in the post. Not his fault, not everyone is wired to be physical.

He totally lost his game physically and mentally. I cannot believe what has happened to him. I was a big believer in him but apparently that injury/surgery is pretty extensive. Pretty sad to see.

Lander most likely gave up Mr Basketball to re-classify. I still blame Archie a ton for taking that away from him. It was pretty obvious he wasn’t physically ready, and still isn’t (getting closer though). I haven’t given up on KL but his time is running out with the guards coming in.

Would be huge but even an X win does them little to no good. If they win their next game is make or break still for them I believe. Just win IU, please!!!

I’m expecting a high turnover of players. Just doesn’t seem like Woody could get through to some and he’s trying to change the culture. Just a guess on my part.

Actually FC beat Gburg earlier in the year but that was without sone players.

Greensburg shouldn’t have been a top 12 team. Franklin County has been better than them all season. Gburg played a pretty weak schedule this year. Good crowd at the games though

Rob Foster and Steve Hart called themselves razzle and dazzle. They got yanked in a exhibition game when Foster threw it off the backboard for Hart. It was a spectacular play but Coach Knight didn’t think so. 😂

I’ve been begging for more Jordan and less Miller since the B1G season. Almost feel like Geronimo is being held back on developing in some regard.

Totally agree, but was that able to be seen on the high school level? I’m asking because I don’t know. I guess I could tell Yogi was going to be good but he didn’t become a good leader until his senior year in my opinion. Now that’s partly because of the teams he was on. Was Johnny Davis a killer in HS?

My point is, that it’s pretty hard to tell a winner in high school ball I’d think because most D1 players are probably on a pretty good team. Something needs to change and I think Woody is starting with the culture. It’s just not a quick process I guess. I still don’t see a leader on the floor for this team and it’s almost the end of the season.

Our March is going to consist of rooting for whoever is playing Purdue and Kentucky again. I hate March….

If we are only recruiting players that make deep tourney runs that’s really going to limit the players we recruit I would think. I agree on Galloway and Leal, TJD was on a successful team as well.

Examples of who weren’t on highly successful high school teams? They all aren’t going to be state champions but I’m guessing they won way more than they lost.

Question for the people that say we need to recruit winners. Weren’t most, if not all of these guys more than likely on highly successful high school teams?

The first 3 possessions we ran the shot clock down and forced up a contested shot. Most of their open looks came from the man to man defense or out of timeouts. And I don’t care how wide open Kopp is, because he’s been awful from 3 all year.

Just to be clear, I love Woody and hope he does well. Just didn’t like what I saw tonight against the zone that’s it.

We’re you saying the same thing when Archie was here? His guys got open shots too and didn’t make them. So I guess your theory is he should still be here. And yes this year I would leave Kopp open all day long. If you think we played well against the zone then I’m not sure what to tell you. ✌🏻

How so? I know you are meaning because you don’t think Woody is the guy. You think someone else would want to come to a place that fires coaches after 1 year?

Next year won’t be any better for him I’m afraid. Love Woody and hope he gets his chance for more than 1 year. I think he will get it his full chance.
