no, initial was high on reading tea leaves of social media and saying IU facilities are subpar compared to SEC. IndyResident was saying the world was ending because we missed on Ledlum and he would be our leading scorer and will be for Tennessee.

Not sure why we are comparing JHS and MM. MM replaces Kopp. X replaces JHS. As it stands, I’d say we are better defensively this year than last. Especially 1-3.

Not saying this would be the case here, but deep doesnt necessarily always mean good. Meaning that list has a bunch of good players. But where is the great player(s). I remember IU having deep teams in the past but the season was mediocre because we didnt have that 1 guy. I only say this, because we havent seen the product yet. There are players there that can be that great player and not just good.

I dont know what they want., but i want a 1 year guy. Open that scholly back up for the '24 class.

Not sure what to think about Love and IU connection again.... 2 main thoughts Love to IU was supposed to be all but a done deal earlier. Then the zoom call happened, and then completely fell off the table. What happened? Did Woody not like how the conversation went? Did Love not like Woody telling him that he has a roll on the team and it is not to be an inefficient ball hog? idk. It appear to be the latter since IU has interest again? Two, I dont think Love is the missing piece. The talent on this team would be crazy. But, the egos would also be and hard to handle. I dont think Love is a positive effect on that. With that we would probably be quite high in preseason rankings and such, but i dont think we would ever meet those expectations with Love. However, Woody has not done a single thing for me to question his personnel decisions, so if he want Love, so do I....I suppose.

Remember that one time where someone(s) was trying to know-it-all and was saying that trilly and the social media-ites were pretending to be know-it-alls and really didnt know anything, and they used the Caleb Love story about him decommitting was made up trash? some people on here have such strong takes on things and refuse to be open to anything other. It brings me extreme joy when they are made out to be wrong.
