I thought we banned you from starting threads. I think we've lost every game you've started it.

For those wondering about Duncomb's playing time.......look up Tom Coverdale's freshman year.

In its purest form, it will always be the greatest sport there is. Little League, high school, collegiate, and minor leagues will still be out there to enjoy. Dont hate the sport. Hate the process in place for MLB.

Nice weather to take in a game.

First two series of season officially toast. I suspect there will be more.

Don't bet the push.

Love it. Definitely one of the highlights of the year.

When she was in middle school, my daughter would usually play 23-24 games a year, and that was without winning any of those tourneys. Sometimes it was one and done in the single elimination tourneys.
-
They play 8 conference games, 5 games against Jeff, New Albany, and Floyd Central Middle schools (basing that on when my kids were in middle school), a conference tournament (good for 3-4 games), a Clark/Floyd County tournament (3-4 games) and I believe two different holiday type tournaments at Salem (3-4 games each). Don't know if it's the case here, but a team that good could also be invited to a tournament from outside the area. That type of schedule results in a lot of duplicate opponents. I know when my daughter played in Middle School, they played Charlestown 4 times in the same season once (regular season, conference tourney, Clark/Floyd tourney, and one of the Salem tourneys)..

It is 7th. I knew that. Don't know why I typed 8th.

I don't like the idea of needing to rely on 6 newcomers. Normally, that's not a recipe for big success, as we saw this year. I want XJ to stay. I want Rob to stay. I want Kopp to stay. I want one of TJD/Race to stay. Keep some continuity and leadership instead of starting all over with that again.

My son told me that when he got home from school. Big boost for next year as well. If Roberts can come back healthy next season, SC has a good chance to bounce back after this year's disappointment. The real future appears to be with the 7th grade team though. They went 29-0 this season.

Yeah. I'm kinda thinking this has a tie-in to the 500. It's about the only thing Pennzoil would need a Hoosier basketball player for.

I agree 100% that the offer thrown out earlier in this thread was way too much. I've had a grudge against Wilson from a few years back when he had a bad Fantasy year for me. I personally think you stick with Wentz unless Aaron Rodgers decides he would like to play in a dome instead of the frozen tundra.

Heck, the Bengals beat the Chiefs twice in a five-week span, including once at Arrowhead, and the Chiefs will still go into next season with better odds to win the AFC.
-
Maybe. But, Houston is 0-3 in Quad 1 games and is 4th in the NET. Quad wins obviously do not mean what they are hyped to mean.

Might be best to avoid countries bordering Russia though.

We going to see Trayce at the Indy 500?
-
LOL. Love the profile picture.

Ja Morant played college at Murray State. Just goes to show you can't always rely on recruiting rankings. Hoosier Nation would have been beside itself had we recruited a 'mid-major' talent.
-
More likely. It makes him the primary inside scoring threat and opens the offense up. I honestly think Race has a brighter future in the pros than Trayce does.
-
Whether Trayce stays or goes could ultimately have a bearing in Race's decision. But, I'm not sure he'll have the luxury to wait around to see if that happens.
